My husband loves salmon but is very picky about how it is cooked. I tried the recipe for the first time back in April and have to make it for him at least once a week. He absolutely loves it and has asked me to forward the recipe to his co-workers as he is always raving about how good this recipe is.

I made this recipe with halibut fillets and it was outstanding. I also added a dash of paprika and garlic as well.

While this recipe was good, it just didn't wow me.

MY FAMILY BEGS ME TO MAKE THIS SALMON. SO I MAKE IT ABOUT ONCE A MONTH. I'VE MADE IT SO MANY TIMES THAT I'VE MADE A FEW PERSONAL CHANGES, LIKE SQUIRTING LEMON ON THE SALMON, AND OMITTING THE CEYENNE PEPPER AND I ADD GARLIC SALT. AMAZING DISH THOUGH! :)

Loved this recipe, forgot to say I used fat free mayo and it was still great.

Very good. Forgot the cracker crumbs and cooked longer as they were thicker "fillets". 4.5
