MY FAMILY BEGS ME TO MAKE THIS SALMON. SO I MAKE IT ABOUT ONCE A MONTH. I'VE MADE IT SO MANY TIMES THAT I'VE MADE A FEW PERSONAL CHANGES, LIKE SQUIRTING LEMON ON THE SALMON, AND OMITTING THE CEYENNE PEPPER AND I ADD GARLIC SALT. AMAZING DISH THOUGH! :)

I've made this several times. It took a couple of tries to get the coating just right but its yummy.

I love this recipe, its very yummy, I used mozzerella cheese instead, which gave the fish a more saucy taste

Very easy and delicous. Would make again, cutting back on the cayenne pepper.

Very yummy. Used bread crumbs in place of Ritz crackers and trout in place of salmon. Simple and great flavor.
