Parmesan Baked Salmon

Delicious and low in carbs! The cayenne pepper really gives it a great flavor. And my 9 y.o. even loved it which says a lot.

If I could give this a "10"!! Would do it!!! Used Sockeye salmon. Followed the recipe, exactly. Did mix the crackers in with the mayo & cheese. Then mixed additional parm & crackers and sprinkled on top. Used Fat Free mayo. Hubby didn't know & couldn't even tell. Served with salad & fresh asparagus..and of course, white wine!!!!! Can't wait to make again!!! Thanks, Kraft folks!!!!

Quick, easy and so tasty. I've done the same thing with chicken breast and this is a great alternate recipe. Takes no time at all to put together.

Wow, this dish turned out better then ANY salmon I've ever had at restaurants. And so very simple using ingredients we commonly have on hand. Now that makes for a perfect recipe!
