My whole family loves this recipe including my mother-in-law who is so happy when I make this for dinner when she visits. I make this quite often.

The fish had good flavor, but I would not make this again because of the texture. It was very soft and the mayo coating did not enhance the dish. I would change the recipe so that you coat the fish in lemon, then add a parmesan and panko crumb on top without the mayo.

It was the best Salmon. The crust was very good and I will make it again. I used real wild salmon which added extra goodness.

This is EXCELLENT as is, and low carb if you reduce or omit the crackers. LOVE IT!

Fantastic! This is a family favorite (even my 3 year old likes it). We use Miracle Whip instead of mayo... it is just as tastey

I helped my teenaged daughter make this easy recipe for dinner. We had to bake it a little longer than the recommended time. Everyone thought it was delicious! Next time I will add dill to the mayonnaise mixture.

My husband loved this recipe, he wanted to be sure I kept the recipe so I could make it again. Healthy and ingredients that I usually have on hand.
