This was so yummy! I used caramel ice cream topping for convenience. Really good with ice cream or just cool whip!

I was very disappointed with this cake. I used cake mix with pudding in it already so I didn't add the extra pudding. It just didn't taste very good. I greased and floured the cake pan but it still stuck, so I lost most of the top of the cake. Thankfully I didn't make this for anything special just Sunday dinner. I bought carmel sauce in a jar which was easier than melting the caramels. My kids liked the cake but I wouldn't make it again.

I have made this cake many times. It's my family's "Officially Fall" cake. There's never any left over. I use either egg whites or egg substitute, sugar free pudding, and apple sauce in place of oil, better for us but doesn't change the great taste. This cake is always a hit! I've also made the recipe in individual mini bundts and it comes out great!

This cake is absolutely***FABULOUS***!?! I have made it already several times...and it's a true VANISHING ACT!!!..I also made some modifications....by adding chopped pecans and dried cranberries...to the top of the cake...together with Caramel ice cream topping....DELICIOUS...as they all say.....:-)

Used sugar free/fat free pudding, applesauce instead of oil, 2 egg whites for each egg and sugar free caramel topping. Turned out great and now my husband and I can enjoy it guilt free!
