I made this cake,but I didn,t use the carmel icing. My family really liked it. I am making it for Thanksgiving,but I am going to make it in a 9x13 pan.

I love this recipe. Have made it in the bundt pan several times but tonight I made it in a 9x12 glass dish. I added cinnamon to the apples before mixing in batter. Poked holes in cake before before putting caramel on the cake. It was delicious.

I made this for a party at my husband's work and everyone loved it. I made one with the white cake and one with spice. My husband saved a sliver of each for me and both were awesome!
