Easy and delicious! I made this for Easter Sunday and everyone loved it! I changed a couple things though: I did not make the caramel sauce, I bought Dulce de Leche icecream to top each slice. Instead of chopping the apples I grated them with a cheese grater. I also added a little cinnamon to the apples before I mixed them with the batter. Yum-O!

This is one of my children's favorite cakes! It is perfect in the fall, but we love it year round. Just be careful not to use cake mix with pudding already in it or it turns in to Carmel-Apple "Oops"cake as it falls apart coming out of the pan (but still tastes great)!

I made this cake for a girls night and it was a huge hit. When I brought the left-overs home my family also loved it.

I baked this cake and baked it longer than it said, it totally flopped. I used sugar free pudding and a large box is this why my cake flopped. I would like to try again, HELP judy

I baked 2 of these cakes yesterday, and they turned out wonderful! Pretty to look at, very tasty, just about perfect, I think!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but this did not turn out at all. It was way too moist and even after greasing and flouring the pan, part of the batter stuck to the pan. The cake was overall too moist. I think I must have used too large of apples.

I made this cake on 3/14/10 for dessert. Everyone loved it. It is very, very moist. Very easy to make, very delicious. And also instead of melting carmels, I used a carmel sundea topping to cut down on cook time.

Tried this cake for the first time today. My husband loves it. The thing I like about it best is the moistness and it is no super sweet. Will make again.

This is not a cake that you can keep for more than two days. It should be eaten as soon as it comes out of the oven. Too many apples in it. It turns soggy after two days. But to serve immediately, it's very good. Especially warm.
