Moist Caramel Apple Cake recipe
Inspired by a childhood favorite, this recipe reinvents the caramel apple as a cake, with fresh, tangy chopped apples baked into a treat that’s a whole lot easier to eat.

I made this cake for a bake sale. It had to be cut into slices because so many people wanted to try it. It was super easy to make. I did tweek the recipe a bit: I only added 2 apples instead of three and I omited the caramels and milk and used the caramel apple dip you can find in the produce section instead.

It was as easy and delicious as the article boasted. For those who don't like caramel, I offered caramel sundae sauce on the side.

Recipe was very simple to make and everyone loved it. Very moist and delicious. Make sure you refridgerate unused portions as it is very moist and will develop mold quickly if left out for a few days.

This cake is wonderful...I kicked it up a notch by putting a slice in a bowl, adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then topping it off with caramel sauce. My guests just LOVED it!!

Easy recipe and delicious. I made it for a get- together and it got rave reviews. After reading some reviews I used Granny Smith apples for more flavor and grated them to get flavor in every bite. I will definately be making it again. It is special.
