I made today for my husband. I did not have rosemary and did not have pears/peaches. I used frozen peppers and onions for veggies. It came out just fine. My husband enjoyed it. I will make again.

This was EXCELLENT! I am not generally a big fan of rosemary, but the sweetness of the pears and the flavor of the rosemary really balanced each other out. If your pork chops are on the thinner side, you may want to brown for slightly less time. You will definitely need the full 10 minutes to simmer so that the onions are cooked to crisp-tender. I will definitely make this again!

I think this recipe was great! My husband really enjoyed it as well. I used boneless pork instead of bone-in. It still turned out wonderful and tender. I also added some corn starch to thicken the sauce a little more. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a tasty fall inspired meal.

i made this for the family and they all liked it very much. i thought it needed more flavor myself as i like spicy food. it was very mild but i loved the pears being in it. it was also very simple and quick to make. i will probably add some extra spices next time i make this.

I made this recipe once and it turned out really good. The pear was delicious with the pork chop. My husband thought the pear was a little sweet for the recipe but I thought it was perfect.

I recommend just add the pear juice. The pork chops are delicious, but the pears do not taste good. Plus my kids like this.

I used peaches instead of pears. Too much rosemary flavor.
