It was different, but in a good way. I put a little extra dressing and a little more garlic. I did overcook the pork chops because they were a bit dry, to careful of that!

I made this recipe and wasn't sure how it was going to taste. I never knew that pears and the dressing could taste so good together! This interesting combination was very good!

Big Hit!! For our family of three it was absolutely the right size, easy to make and sooo good. I prefer brown rice which I cooked separately. My husband said it tasted as if made at the Culinary!! Superb! Thank You!

I made this the first time strictly by the recipe but there was not enough sauce. It was still good, just needed more sauce. I made it again last night and doubled the size of the can of pears and doubled the Balsamic Dressing. It was fantastic! I let the sauce cook until it thickened a little and I served it with brown rice! Absolutely delicious! I would recommend it to anyone.

The flavor combination is delightful, the pears add just the right touch and the chops are so tender you can cut them with your fork.

This pork chop skillet is not only easy but it is fabulous! I made it one night ahead and I think the sauce tasted even better uppon reheating. This dish has a true gourmet look and taste. I would not hesitate to serve at a dinner party. A real family pleaser. Yum!
