Super easy and tasty. Made it with plain white rice and steamed green beans. Thanks for the recipe :)

Even with pink pork chops (due to Raspberry Viniagrette substitute), it was still quite delicious...and humorous.

Absolutely incredible. Never thought I'd say I like Balsamic Vinaigrette, but this recipe made it delectable. If my twins will eat it, anyone will eat it!

I added extra pears to this, it was excellent. Nice change from regular porkchops, kids loved the pears!

The pears are a nice suprize alternative to applesauce. Good all-around flavor.

I've made this several times before. It's super easy, super quick and it's nice that you can pair the pork chops with any sort of starch or veggie. It's a great go-to dinner when you need a main dish on short notice.

I asked my husband to take boneless chops out of the freezer to thaw for dinner. I got home from work and found that he had taken out boneless chicken thighs! I said a little prayer and made the recipe anyway, wondering how pears would taste with chicken. It was great! Will be making this one again - using either the chicken or the pork chops.
