I cannot seem to make enough chops. My 5 children are always asking for more.

The chops are wonderfully moist and tender. After I removed the fully cooked chops, I reduced the sauce until thick and it made a delicious glaze.

Fantastic dish. I seared the chops on a good, high heat, and substituted marjoram for rosemary. The results were very tender and very flavorful. We'll definitely have this again.

Using fresh pears cuts down on the sweetness and adds a lot of flavor. Try tossing in thinly sliced pears along with onions and garlic and cook as normal. Delicious!
