This was actually my first time making a meal that my mother didn't teach me! It came out so well that even my picky boyfriend loved it! I will definetly be making this dish again. I've now dubbed it my "Tender Balsamic Pork Chops" recipe.

I really enjoyed this recipe. Everyone seemed to think it was very good. I did make one slight change though and only used 1/2 of the fruit juice and a little extra of the dressing.

Since I don't like to mix sweet and savory, I only used 1/4 the pear juice and the 3/4 cup chicken broth. Most tasty.

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed this recipe. It was easy to make and very tasty. I used tenderized porkchops without the bone and added salt and pepper to the chops. I love pears so that was nice addition. We'll definitely make this one again. One problem I had was deciding when the chops were done. The amount of time in the recipe didn't seem long enough. I had to cook another 10 minutes.
