My husband, daughter and I enjoyed this recipe. It was easy to make and very tasty. I used tenderized porkchops without the bone and added salt and pepper to the chops. I love pears so that was nice addition. We'll definitely make this one again. One problem I had was deciding when the chops were done. The amount of time in the recipe didn't seem long enough. I had to cook another 10 minutes.
