But next time i will mix the soup and water with the rice instead of just pouring it over the rice. The rice was a little dry when made like the recipe calls for.

I add broth to the water for the rice to give the rice some flavor. Add a green salad & some beadstix & you're good to go !!

Made this twice second time using a bigger pan. Fish did not cook and was still frozen after 40 min. Had to microwave it. Maybe you are supposed to thaw broccoli and fish first?

I used cream of broccoli soup instead of the mushroom soup and it was very good. I agree with the other reviews that it had too much rice. Next time I'll only use 1 cup. It was very easy and made a great weeknight dinner.

using precooked frozen portions made it easy to please everyone. I was able to substitute chicken patties for those who don't care for fish without any extra effort.

VERY DRY, SHOULD OF USED 2 CANS OF SOUP. NO ONE LIKED IT.

This was the first cassrole my husband actually ate! I changed the veggie to green beans, it was excellent and very fast. We will make this one again! Thanks!

I also used 1 cup each of rice and water and it turned out very good. Would like to see more "fish" recipes.
