My mom makes this and I make it for my family. Actually did a hard search to find this recipe because it's so good and easy! Great soup for when your sick, the kidney beans have a ton of iron. I modify to make it more "soupy" with another half can of broth.

I love this soup! It is so easy to make and so tasty. I do use fire roasted tomatoes with green chili's. I call it 'Vegetarian Chili'. Since I keep all the ingrediants in my pantry, I make this for lunch frequently.

This is a great-tasting soup, perfect for warming you up on a cold day. It is quick and easy to make. I served it to teenage boys, who seemed to like it, even though there is no meat in it.

Quick & easy. I added a handful of frozen corn, ground cumin, & used mexican seasoned tomatoes & homemade chicken broth. Will make again :)

The soup I had and the one in the picture were different. My soup seemed a little watery and not so seasoned. Maybe putting more into it would have made it heartier.

This is a super easy meal to make and taste great. I used chili beans and added some jalopenos to spice it up. I did not use the cheese to save on some calories and I used raw diced onions and cilantro to garnish. Will make again!
