Sooooo easy!! I make it all the time to use up veggies in the fridge. I like to add a potato and a 1/2 tsp of cayenne powder to give it a little more spice. It cooks up so fast, and it's very delicious and comforting on a cold day. My hubby gets so excited every time I make it!

Did not care for this recipe at all, I think it was the carrot/celery combo! I would remove them & use green pepper for flavor. Then it's actually a vegetarian chili, I guess.

So delicious, fast, and EASY! I had everything in the fridge and pantry and whipped it together while I was making something else for dinner...I portioned it into seperate containers for lunch to go during the week. Definetly not as thick as chili but a great quick go to recipe!

I love this recipe. I added some ground turkey meat and a tad more chicken broth to it and it turned out great. This is definately one of my favorites.
