I cut down on the tomatoes and added some ground beef to give it some more density. It was a hit!

I was a bit disappointed in the cheese for it did not melt well but otherwise this is a tasty simple dish for a surprise cool night!

This sounds good, only thing is I am a vegan so what can I use in place of chicken broth? Would water have enough body and flavor? HELP! <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Maggie ~ Vegetable broth is a great substitute for the chicken broth. >>>

I added 1 lb ground beef and left out the carrots and cellery. My family would not eat it wit them. It made it more like chili and less of a soup, but it was really good! It was a hit

Very easy to make and very tasty! I added green bell peppers to mine and went light on the chilli powder so it was more like a southwestern veggie soup (really yummy served with cheesy bread or quesadillas). Good served hot as well as cold.
