I love soups! I added frozen peas and carrots instead of celery and some leftover pepperoni from pizza the other night. Sooo tasty!

Had to feed several people, spur of the moment. I doubled the recipe, added a pound of gr beef, some chopped bell pepper and a can of corn. Baked a quick cornbread and the meal was a hit! Soup was delicious and got loads of compliments. I'll definately make it again.

Certainly does not replace chili, but is a good soup. I wouldn't recommend putting the shredded cheese on top. It all sticks together and just makes a mess on your spoon. I added zucchini and a few other things to the soup. It was pretty good.

Very Good!! I didn't have carrots, so I added a can of mix vegetables. I also added a Pinch of Creole seasoning for extra flavor. This recipe turned out really Good:-)
