I made the amandine version and it was great and easy. I used peas for the vegetable instead and worked perfectly.

The cheesy mushroom and broccoli version has been a staple in our house for nearly two years.. so quick & tasty!

so quick and easy! i've tried the bruschetta (excellent, wouldn't change a thing) and the amandine (used no almonds and subbed broccoli for beans; turned out a little soupy but still very good).

The chicken amandine is delicious! A household favorite and very easy to make. The kids loved it also.

But instead of using the mozzarella cheese we changed it to swiss. But it still seemed to lack flavor So make no mistake we'll try the mozzarella. We tried the Bruscheeta first then we'll try another selection . Thanks for mixing the chicken :}

Very disappointed. I made the amandine. I may have done something wrong but it was extremely watery. And then the stuffing became very soggy. I will not try again.

I omitted the green beans and it was still great.

The almondine version was wonderful. Used chicken tenders which cooked up faster. Also subsituted chicken broth in place of water when making the stuffing. Because mozzarella cheese tends to be a little bland, I used shredded cheddar instead. Great texture, taste and was done in 30 minutes! Will definately make again, and again!!

Made the cheesy mushroom and broccoli bake - was excellent. Though it's appearance was not beautiful, it tasted great, and my kids ate it w/o complaint!! (Bonus!) I did sautee the mushrooms with garlic in olive oil, cooked the chicken before layering, and used Stove Top Savory Stuffing for added flavor. I, unlike other reviewers, found the stuffing to be moist - as should be and not mushy. I would wait till the last 15 minutes to add cheese on top; however, this was a wonderful dish and I will not hesitate to make it again!
