What a dissappointment. I was so excited about the bruschetta bake. The stuffing was so mushy we threw away the whole dish. I refused to eat it.

I used low sodium condensed soup for the amandine version and fresh beans, extra cheese. I used 1/2 cup of zesty italian dressing and 1 cup water for stuffing and covered up with foil while baking. The comments and suggestions from previous cooks helped and dish was a hit for the potluck I took it to. will try the other versions later

I made the Tex-Mex version of this and substituted canned Tomatoes with Green Chilies for just the plain canned tomatoes - it added a bit extra zip! Also topped with a bit of sour cream - yum! It was easy and very good. Would definately make it again.

We tried the Bruschetta kind, and it tasted a bit like Parmesan chicken. It was good, and a great use for stuffing other than the traditional way of serving it.

I made the Cheesy Mushroom and Broccoli version. Next time I will try it with the canned tomatoes to add a little more flavor.

If you closed your eyes, it was just like having restuarant style bruschetta. Having the kids love it was a major plus.

It was good, but I found a couple things I didn't think were spectacular. One it was kind of bland, and also my green beans just didn't taste fresh, maybe I should try to use non-frozen ones if I make it again. Was easy, and looked good in the pan, but didn't taste as good as it looked.
