We made the cheesy broccoli mushroom one and it was super yummy! I substituted the cream of broccoli soup for the 99% fat free broccoli cheese soup. Very good, will definitely make again!
I love this recipe. It is extremely easy to make. The best part of this recipe is that i normally always have most of the ibgredients on hand.
Made the amandine. Everyone liked this dish. Son doesn't usually like stuffing but in this he did. I omitted the almonds. Reminded husband of a pot pie flavor.
Dish was a bit bland.. I made the Bruschetta Chicken using water to rehydate the stuffing mix. I think I will try using the juice from the canned tomatoes next. I also will try a bit more of the Italian spice.
Made the amandine. Had a lot of flavor, liked the textures. Will add more cheese next time.
sort of bland--the stuffing was mucky and relatively flavorless. I tried the amandine version because it seemed to be the most highly rated, but I'm not sure why at this point. I think I'll pass this up for some of the better recipes on this site next time.

I made this recipe for company today and they loved it. I did add celery, carrots and onion, sauted and added the tomatoes then did the rest of the instrutions. I copied the recipe because they want to make it too.
I made the cheesy mushroom and broccoli bake. We did not like it. My husband described it as "disgusting" and "mushy". I cooked it the 30 minutes and the chicken was done but the rest of it was mushy. I tried heating some in the microwave to see if it would taste better if cooked longer, but it didn't work. I threw the rest of it out. I won't make this one again.
It was pretty easy to make and baked quickly. The kids really liked it too.
