I made the Bruschetta version and it was wonderful. I did double the cheese however because we a big cheese people. We all thought it tasted alot like real bruschetta from a nice Italian restaurant. We'll be adding this one to our regular meal rotation.

I made the Amandine version. It was tasty, but there are problems with the cooking directions. The dish took longer to cook than 30 min. and because of that, the stuffing was starting to burn. So what I did was cover the dish with foil and turn the cooking temp. down to 375 degrees. The dish sort of reminded me of green bean casserole, so if you like that, you should like this dish too.

This recipe was SO easy! I brought it to work for left overs, and all my co-workers really enjoyed it too! It's a GREAT Fall meal!

This was easy and quick. I had all the ingredients on hand. My picky husband loved it. I thought it was a little bland, but will try it next time with broccoli cheese soup, instead of plain broccoli.

I made the cheesy mushroom and broccoli, and it really wasn't very good. The stuffing was mushy and the chicken was bland. None of us cared for it. Will try another variation at a later date to see if it's any better.

Very good- I made the Amandine Chicken and it was a big hit- even the kids (3 1/2 and 1 1/2) LOVED it! I will definitely make it again- I may use a little less milk though- came out a little to "wet" for me.

My husband thinks I'm a kitchen goddess after this one. I made the Amandine version with almonds and green beans. It was very very tasty, and has already been requested again!

I thought this dish was tasty. Next time I prepare it, I'll defrost the green beans ahead of time. They were a little crunchy.

I made Bruschetta as a quick supper when several friends and family ende dup staying for dinner. Everyone loved it. My mother-in-law even asked for the recipe! Worked well with diced tomatoes too, since I didn't have stewed.
