I made this for one of the desserts for Thanksgiving. I used pecan shortbread cookies for the crust. The bars were so creamy and yummy! Yet it was so easy to put together. It came out of the pan nicely using the foil.

I took this cheesecake to homecoming at my Church it was a definite hit everyone wanted to know who made the cheesecake and there was not a drop let after only 30 min. YUMMY!

Creamy & Delicous. I made this cheesecake in my springform pan instead of making bars. I also, used reduced fat Nilla Wafers, Cream Cheese, & Sour Cream, & sugar free carmel sauce. Other having a perfect taste, it looked amazing. Family asked if I had bought it. Highly Recommend!!

This is wonderful! I took it to work and I received more compliments than anything else I have ever made. I used low-fat cream cheese, sour cream and Nilla wafers.

i made this recipe twice and both times my nephew couldn't stop praising it! instead of serving it as bars, i chose to serve it as a whole cheesecake. i will be making this again for the upcoming holidays.
