This was soooo good. It reminded me of the cheesecake factory with that unique taste. Friends and family couldn't believe I made it. Very easy to make & delicious.

This was my first cheesecake. It was so easy my 7 year old was able to do a lot of the work and it came out fabululous!

Everyone raves about this recipe and wonders when I'll make it again. The directions are very easy to follow. I like to let it get cold overnight instead of only 4 hours. It seems to have a better texture and taste.

I think this is one of the best cheesecake recipes I have tried. I also used graham cracker crumbs for the crust instead of nilla wafers. It was very easy to make and my guests were impressed.
