Very good and simple recipe. I used graham cracker crumbs instead of the Nilla Wafers. I also added sugar just like you would a standard graham cracker crust.

I have already made this recipe twice and it is a big hit with the family. I cut the recipe in half and put it in a pre-made pie crust from the store to make it a little faster - it was great!!

This dessert is DELICIOUS! While we were enjoying a day in Payson, we had a big cookout. One of the ladies there made these cheescake bars. The entire plate was gone in ten minutes! I will definately be making these in the future!

I grew up in a house where I came home from school every day to a fresh baked dessert. Allot of sweet memories. This one rates up there with the best. I can't stop sampling the results.

I own a restaurant where homemade desserts are a must. This was a simple yet elegant dessert to offer the patrons. Try drizzling the caramel sauce on your plate in an interesting pattern before placing the cheesecake on top. A light dusting of confectioners sugar or a dollop of light cream topping makes this even more elegant.

My mom made this and graciously shared with us but it was sooooo good I asked her for the recipe. I haven't gotten my magazine so imagine my suprise when she said it was Food and Family!! I'm going to await the arrival of my magazine so I can make them on my own. I would recommend them highly!!
