I made this for a christmas dessert and it turned out really good. I found that the caramel was a little difficult to spread, but it still tasted great. I think next time, I will leave the caramel off and use cherries.

I made these cheesecake bars for the dessert bake-off at my work- and I won first place!! Everyone loved them!

Oh my gosh!!!! I catered a party for my cousin and I was not sure if dessert would be a good choice. And WOW!, everyone could not stop talking about this cheesecake...It is awesome and I highly recommend that anyone and everyone try it!

So easy to make with perfect results. Nice flavor..firm and creamy. I would just add a tad more caramel for topping. It's so much easier to have bars precut and ready to serve, instead of slicing a cake at the table!
