i first made this recipe for a bake sale we were having at my job. we sold it at $3 a peice and we sold every last peice...people loved it. instead of spreading the caramel i drizzeled it and some chocolate. by the following week i had people asking me to make them. so when ever we get invited to a dinner we have to bring he cheesecake...
this was a big hit at my grandaughters birthday party.. It was so easy and it is delicious
Awesome, not to cream cheesy
this was so delicious. the cheesecake even without the caramel was wonderful. you can actually add any topping you prefer. very versatile. made it for a birthday party and everyone wants me to make again for Christmas.
This was good, even though I am not a cheesecake fan. It took me some time to make since I have a two year old, however people enjoyed it. I also crushed more wafers to make as an extra topping with the caramel dripped over the crumbs. I left out the pecans because of the variety of the people (pecan lovers or not). I sliced the pieces first before I added the toppings. The knife I used had to be wiped after every cut ensuring each cheesecake piece was fully intact. I also combined the wafer bottom with some graham cracker crumbs (more butter too). I am not a big cook/baker so this was a big deal and turned out really good.
This is one you eat in tiny bites and savor every one!! The whole family loved it; even the boys who hate nuts!
I made this for a church potluck and everyone loved it!! There were no left overs. Simple recipe and so tasty. I am going to make it for the office Christmas treat day.
made this a few times, but last time for the holidays i put crushed andies pices on top. its delicious
I made this for Thanksgiving and received rave reviews! A little too gooey for a bar, you will definitely need a fork for this. Also, I used low-fat cream cheese and sour cream to lower the fat and calorie content - couldn't tell the difference! Wonderful recipe!
