My daughter in law made it and it is delicious.That's why I wanted the recipe so I could make it for myself,Ilove cheesecake better than any other dessert.

We love this cheesecake. For a quick and delich cheesecake, I like to half the recipe and put it in a store bought graham cracker crust. It fills the pire crust all the way up and it's wonderful!

I havenot made this recipe but intend to. One review indicated that the cheesecake cracked in the oven. Over beating, thereby whipping too much air into the cheesecake mixture can cause this. Another solution is to bake the cheesecake in the oven, setting the pan in another larger pan filled partially with hot water.

Made this for a Halloween Dessert party at work. I believe one of my co-workers exclaimed "I'm in Heaven" while the fork was still in her mouth. I love the taste of the crust and the cake is delicious. It cracked in the oven tho, don't know how to avoid that in the future.

Made it for a bridal shower and sent recipe home with most of the guests. It was described as "the best cheesecake I ever ate". I love cooking and comments like this are pleasing anytime.

I made this recipe for a farewell party at work. It was a super hit. It was gone very quickly and everyone was asking when am I going to make it again. It was very gratifying to see people enjoying what I made. I had a little variation in it, I used choclate fudge instead of caramel. I don't like cheese at all and eat only fresh Mozarella cheese. But I made it anyway for my friends. Thanks for posting this wonderful delicious recipe and sharing with everyone.
