I used red peppers instead of carrots.

It was alright. A nice tasting different sort of tuna noodle casserole. It was boring for my husband and I but our 12 year old loved it. Next time, I'd add some sort of crunchy topping.

I used what I had on hand, which was Velveeta Cheese and Shells, but otherwise followed the recipe. We thought it was really good and so easy. I would diffently make it again.

This was very very good. My three year old ate it up! Is also very good with cooked, cubed chicken.

I LOVED this recipe! My husband is not a big tuna fan and he even loved it. It even reheats very well in the microwave.

My family really enjoyed it, although they said it could use MORE cheese! It was a full meal wrapped into one dish!
