I liked the recipe although it had a rather bland flavor. I too questioned whether to cook the chicken first, but didn't because the recipe didn't call for it. I cut my chicken in nice small cubes and I thought it tasted great when finished. I used fresh broccoli, fresh cauliflower, and cubed potatoes to make it more appealing to my husband. I baked it longer because of the potatoes, which still didn't get cooked. Besides that I wouldn't have backed it anymore than 40 min. It could use slightly more milk with the mayo. Overall I really enjoyed it.
