I make this alot, it's quick and easy and we really like it. To cut down on cook time I cook the brown rice in the microwave, boil or ssaute the chicken breasts first, then throw it together and cook about 35 minutes. It can be it little on the bland side though so I do tend add different seasonings each time, and generally I top with quite a bit of cheese. I think bread crumbs might be a nice addition also.

This wasn't bad, just ok. It was very easy to make and I had all the ingredients on had so that was helpful. My husband said it was ok, but don't make it again. I did add the cream of chicken instead of the mayo. I also added a little sour cream.

Very easy to make! Whole meal in one dish. I have found it is best to add the rice to the mayo, milk, spice mixture first and stir well before adding the chicken and broccoli. This keeps from having pieces of crunchy rice.

When reading the other comments about this recipe I decided to try it. I followed the recipes directions but it did not turn out good. I think that a can of crm of mush or crm chk soup would have worked much better than milk and mayo. The consistency of the sauce was gross. Did not taste good at all. I had to throw most of it out. If you do try this recipe use some crm of mush & leave out the mayo. yuk

I made this for my husband and myself Sunday evening and he fell in love with it. I did add some onion powder and granulated garlic to it which made it burst with flavor. I also used some parmesaen cheese on the top with the cheddar. Definately a keeper!

Great! I make this once a week. It has been dry before, but I just add a bit more milk and it comes out great! Sometimes with recipes a little altering is necessary. If it comes out dry the first time you make it, add a bit more liquid and it will be a lot better. It helps to cut the chicken pretty small to keep the whole dish from being dry. I will be making this for a long time to come.
