Very easy to make and great flavor. Cheddar, broccoli, and chicken in a creamy casserole. Nothing better or easier on a cold evening.

My major complaint was that the thyme made this dish "hot". It also was a little dry and perhaps I would increase the mayo/milk combination. It was okay. I love chicken and broccoli so may try again with modification.

I made this recipe exactly as it says to and I consider myself a fairly good cook but this was pretty bad. It was runny, there was way too much liquid. Nobody liked it, the flavors did not go well together. Will not make again.

This was an easy recipe, but I wasn't impressed with it. It was a little too drab for my taste.

I was a little hesitant to make this recipe because of all the negative comments. I decided to try it out anyway. It came out delicious! I think the complaints of hard rice are because brown rice is a little hard no matter how long you cook it. I used white rice, it was nice and soft. I also did not cook the chicken before, so I had to put it back in for the 10 min. after I added the last bit of cheese. I will make this again, the whole family liked it.

I used fresh broccoli and only a pound of chicken, and cooked it 15 minutes longer than the recipe called for. My husband & I and our 3 year old son loved it. Not as much can be said for our girls. I like the fact that we could each add our own favorites (pepper sauce; seasoning salt; extra cheese) because it's pretty basic - yet complete.

This meal was easy to make and really good. Even though I didn't have the dried thyme leaves it had a good taste and flavor.

I can't cook very well, and this was so easy and soooo GOOD! It impressed all of my friends. It's also easy because the whole meal is in one dish.
