Wow, this wasn't the best recipe I've ever had, but it was easy and quick and was very good. I'm surprised that there were so many different results from the same set of instructions!! I followed instructions exactly (did not cover casserole) and everything was cooked through in 30 minutes and the rice was not crunchy at all. It was flavorful and my husband and I liked it fine. Would make again

My husband and I thought this was a delicious recipe, but the kids weren't as crazy about it. I liked its delicate taste and it was very creamy and has all my favorite ingredients in it. Thanks for a great recipe.

We really enjoyed this dish. However, I cooked the chicken first and shouldn't have - was a little on the dry side. Am anxious to try it again

Very easy and satisfying! Made exactly as stated except with a 10 oz box of frozen broccoli w/cheese. It came out great. Even my 2 year old ate it up!

This was great! I did change a few things. Cook and season the chicken, cook the rice as well. And I replaced the mayo with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and only use 1cp of milk. It wasn't dry and there was no crunchy rice. I had NO leftovers, and i am not a mother. My friends ate it up. Definately will make again!

Very Bland, Had to cook the dish 60 minutes, would never have been done in 30 minutes. I covered the dish, also stirred it a few times during baking or the rice would not of been done. It did need some more flavor. Maybe a small amount of white wine to complement the flavor of the cheese. Some mustard to give it the zip it lacked. I doubt i would waste the ingredients again to make this dish. Very disappointed :(
