I make the meatball stroganoff minus the mushrooms. It is very simple and really really good. I have made this twice, once for my boyfriends family and once for mine. Everybody loved it!! It's even better than my dad's homemade stroganoff. I buy Mama Lucia Italian style meatballs to add more flavor directly to the meatballs!!

We really enjoyed this recipe. I made the Polynesian because I love anything that combines fruit with meat! They were great! We are not ones though that really love pre-made meatballs, so I would probably make my own meatballs next time...which is easy enough. I thought about even making turkey meatballs to make it a bit healthier! I loved that the recipe was simple and quick for a weeknight or those nights when you don't want to mess up the kitchen too much!

I sauteed some chopped onion and fresh minced garlic along with fresh mushrooms in this recipe which added much more flavor than it would have had without them. And yes I will make this again.

This recipe is very easy. This is what I make those nights I don't feel like cooking.

THE POLYNESIAN MEATBALLS WERE GREAT MY HUSBAND LOVED THIS RECIPE.

I have made the Polynesian one several times. The kids love it. very good quick and easy. YUmmmmm... allthough i usually serve it with white rice rather than brown.
