I made all version of this recipe. The Stroganoff I have made twice. I saute fresh mushroom for that. I make a big batch of meatballs. I lay them out in rectangle on baking sheet, score and bake. I then cut and divide a doz or so to freezer bag. Great for these recipes. I am only 1 so I make, share with my elderly neighbor and another neighbor and still have leftovers.. Great....
