Meatballs Any Night recipe
The polynesian meatballs are an all-time favorite at our house now. I never thought about these sort of combinations, but they were delicious! They are asked for often.

I made the Cheeseburger Meatballs and they were AWEFUL! Even my husband, who will eat anything, couldn't choke these meatballs down!

When I make this again...(and I WILL!) I'm going to make a rue before adding the beef broth and water. It was a tad to watery for me and I want to thicken up the sauce a bit. I also think I will use double the broth as it was a bit 'dry'...or that could be because I didn't measure the noodles before I dumped them in! (But they turned out to be a good amount. Measure? Nah! Not me!) Other than that, this was GREAT!

My husband and kids loved the Polonesian meatball recipe. The sauce was very running thought and not thick like the recipe shows. I would make it again though.

We did the cheesburger meatballs, and they were so good. I had doubled the recipe so that it would last a couple days, but it didn't work out that way. My family ate them all in one day! They smelled so good while they were cooking...so like cheeseburgers!

I made the polynesian...If I made this again, I would probably use chicken & not meatballs. The sauce was much too watery...tasty, but too thin.

I really don't like cooking - but this recipe was so fast, so easy, and even my picky eater husband came out and told me it was really good! The left-overs were gone the next day.

My husband is a picky eater and really liked this one. Simple, quick, and yummy! We used white rice instead of brown.

This recipie is awesome I made it for my fiance and I . He is a very picky eater but I wanted something diffrent but quick to make with our crazy schedules meals that take over an hour are just for the weekends and it was very in expensive which we love being on a budget and all.

I made the Polynesian also but I doubled the recipe and we thought the sauce was a little too sweet. maybe this recipe is not meant to be doubled. I will definately make it again though - very tasty and easy for a weeknight dinner.

We made the Polynesian recipe. Very delicious! My child even requested some of the left-overs for breakfast. I think good quality meatballs are very important for the taste.
