These are fantastic! Prefer the BBQ ones and put extra sauce in the meat mixture. They make a great lunch for work with the leftover loaves.

I've made this many times over the past several years and they are always a hit, very fast and easy!

I signed up just to comment on these minis! I have disliked meatloaf my entire life, but my husband and 2 yr old love it. I found this recipe on pintrest (suggested by a friend) and I thought i would give it a whirl. Now it's a monthly staple. I love them! I have only made the bbq version, but it's SO good - especially for this picky eater Mom :)

One of my family favorites. If you like the "end piece" when you make meatloaf, then you will really love these little mini meatloaves. The Italian and BBQ choices are by far the best. Very good re-heated the next day.

I made the Italian style mini meatloaves with some garlic mashed potatoes. I did change the recipe a bit by placing a (3/4") chunk of string cheese in the middle. They were great!

We make this all the time! I always use ground turkey and we typically make the italian version. It's easy and fast, making it a perfect weeknight meal in my book. Definitely recommend it!

I made the ones with bbq sauce and my husband and I loved them! They were great to reheat for lunches the next day. I will not hesitate to try the other flavors soon.

I make these "meat cakes" ALL THE TIME! I converted two meatloaf haters with this recipe. I love how everyone gets the best part ( the crunchy outside) the filler is a yummy surprise in the loaf too.
