My family loves these mini meatloaves. I like it because it's easy to make, only uses and few ingredients and is inexpensive.

This recipe has been on here a number of years and I am just getting around to reviewing it! I've made these probably a dozen times. I always make the BBQ version and my husband I love them. They are so easy to make and really good. I always mix a little bit of the sauce (about a quarter cup) in with the meat and stuffing. Great easy recipe!

Definitely use lean. Using anything with fat in it makes it greasy.

I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but I like this one. Easy to make and clean up!

We have made these meatloaves 3 times now and everyone loves them. My husband made them the first time and he mixed the spaghetti sauce in with the meat and stuffing and just finished with the cheese on top right before they were done. This recipe is a definite keeper. I'm going to try and make ahead and freeze them next time.

We love this! We leave off the cheese, but make a topping with ketchup and Splenda brown sugar. I also add an egg to make it more moist.
