This has become a favorite in our house. I don't usually like meatloaf, but this one tastes great. It is one if my husbands' favorite meals.

This is a simple, tasty, and versatile dish. I've made them filled with bbq sauce, ketchup and salsa. All three are good. I had some leftover Stove Top stuffing after Thanksgiving and even though it was already cooked, I mixed it in with the mini meatloaves....TASTY and MOIST!!

Fantastic and simple twist on an old favorite. The salsa version provided spice to bring this classic to life!

Fantastic! My husband and I couldnt decide which flavor to use, so we divided it in half and made 6 of each. We do that every time now, and it's great to have the choice of a different flavor for the left overs, or, to have one of each for dinner!

Good, inexpensive meal. We always have hamburger meat and wanted to try a new recipe. Lots of flavor and kids can help! We tried with barbeque sauce, which was good, but I think next time we'll try the salsa.

I have made this twice already in just one day. I made it for my 2 year old son planning for it to last a few days but my husband loved them! So I had to make more that night so we would have leftovers. We made the garlic/bbq sauce/cheddar cheese ones. Very good!
