I have made this twice already in just one day. I made it for my 2 year old son planning for it to last a few days but my husband loved them! So I had to make more that night so we would have leftovers. We made the garlic/bbq sauce/cheddar cheese ones. Very good!

This recipe is so easy and so delicious! I used the garlic powder, cheddar cheese, but I used terriyaki sauce instead of barbecue and they were AWESOME!

My whole family loved this recipe! A rare feat for us. We made the Italian variation and my 9 year old son enjoyed helping me make dinner tonight. Thanks for another great, easy dinner!

We made the BBQ version. My husband loved it. I don't usually like meatloaf but I enjoyed these too. Lots of flavor, easy to assemble and quick to make. We look forward to making more and trying out the different variations.

I made the BBQ version of this last night. It was really good. My husband and daughter, both picky, liked it. My husband wants me to leave the cheese off next time, but other than that, very good and easy recipe. Will be making it again!

I mixed the add in choice of salsa before baking. This was so easy to prepare and a big hit with my household.

This was SO easy to make. My husband loved it and so did my 3-year old. I will definately make this again! I'm thinking about making it in mini-muffin tins and taking it to work for a potluck.
