We love this recipe! We usually do the one with BBQ sauce. And of course they reheat well too.

A friend of mine gave me that idea, and love it ever since..maybe over 5 years or so. Anyway, I don't follow the recipe since I like my own ways. :) I used shallots instead of onion and I added some parmesan cheese in the mixture as well. I put ketchup in it and added 2 kinds of shredded cheeses. Everyone gobbled it up and really loved it! It is so moist! Even my 22 months old son too! I did with BBQ sauce as well. I haven't try the other yet. Super easy! I like put cheese at the beginning of baking and it turned out so good! MMM! :)

These little meatloaves were so easy and quick to make. And they were really tasty! Even my very picky 8-year-old ate them!

My variation consisted of a tsp. of gravy, during the last 10 min. I topped them with mashed potatoes and melted the cheese on top. Just Marvelous!

My husband and I loved it! Made the bbq one and will definitely be making it again. Loved how quickly they cooked and how easily they can be switched up for variety.

We used the chili seasoning. I had some with honey bbq sauce and others with spaghetti sauce.

Absolutely love this easy, great-tasting recipe. My family can't get enough. we substitute lean ground meat sometimes with ground turkey.
