My family of picky eaters absolutely love this recipe. I use about a pound and a quarter of meat when I make the recipe. I've made the italian version with Kraft shredded 4 cheese as the topping.
Made too much for a family of 2
Quick & easy! I made this Italian style. Great way to use up leftover spaghetti sauce. Will make again.
My family really likes this one, as do I for the simplicity of it with great taste. I add the garlic powder, and in the indention use our favorite steak sauce.
Yum-O! BBQ flavor is so yummy and so easy to make! Will do again, and my 3 year old ate two minis himself!
We love it, especially the bbq, but after several times of making it I made some changes. First I use a little over a pound of meat ususally 1.5 lbs, and we do not like the stuffing, so I use about a 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, they don't change the flavor but still hold the meat together.
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, EASY AND CHEAP. I made it with all turkey meat and it was still a tastey dinner. I would recommend about a Tablespoon of BBQ sauce, or whatever your sauce is. Any more than that is too much. My husband (who is super picky) even loved it!
These were great and VERY easy! I used the italian seasoning, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese version.
My husband hates meat loaf, but I love it. I am so glad that I tried this recipe. I made the italian kind, and he thought these were absolutely awesome! They had a great flavor and were so easy to make. As if that was not enough, they are also so cute-which makes them hard to resist! Thanks to you,I get to have meatloaf again-just not in the traditional way!!!
Not only have I made this several times, I have used ground turkey and used sage stuffing mix with turkey gravy (no cheese or other topping). It tastes like thanksgiving. We usually make mashed potatoes and a vegetable to go with.
