I have been making meat loaf in muffin tins for years. First time I used stovetop. Added awesome flavor. Will be a new staple for dinner.

This was soooo easy. I never cook and it was great that it was so easy to make. The portion size is also really nice. I love this recipe and I highly recommend it!

Even my husband who is not to fond of meatloaf loved this recipe. Everyone in my family loved it. I will make it again trying different toppings.

We've made these several times and each is a hit. Kid friendly, easy to fix, great as leftovers, if any, and versatile. Even were great when we feared Rita would hit and we would loose power.

Very easy to make and tasted very good. I used turkey meat instead of beef and I didn't have any stove top on hand so I substituted with crushed croutons.

This recipe is great! I tailored it to fit everyone's taste buds. Salsa & cheese for me, spagetti sauce and cheese for my daughter, and then I added a new twist. Mashed potatoes for my husband. This recipe is so versatile, the add-ins are limitless!!! It's really tasty too.

This is a great meal! My son is a picky eater so this will give him the chance to help make his own meatloaf. The variety with this recipe is great! I did a mixture of meatloafs. I didn't add anything to the meat except the water and the stuffing. But I filled some with BBQ sauce, pizza sauce, and then diced tomatoes with green chiles. It fed all of us with no problem.

So good and so easy! I made it for my mom, stepdad and boyfriend and they all said it was some of the best meatloaf they have ever had. And my boyfriend doesn't even like meatloaf! I tried the italian variety, but I think next time I'm going to make 3 of each kind and give my family a variety.

Excellent meal! Easy to make and delicious to eat! We have tried the Fiesta and Italian varieties. Great to make for a two person dinner and have leftovers for lunch the next day. Highly recommend trying this recipe.
