Excellent meal! Easy to make and delicious to eat! We have tried the Fiesta and Italian varieties. Great to make for a two person dinner and have leftovers for lunch the next day. Highly recommend trying this recipe.

It is a recipe my kids would enjoy helping with. My husband commented on how good it was. In fact he finished them off when he came home from work that night. My two younger girls who tend to be picky enjoyed them. I could tell they enjoyed having a choice, and it added fun to the meal.

Very good. I never thought of making meatloaf in a muffin pan, but its perfect sized portions. I made the BBQ style with my own touches, and the whole family cleaned their plates off. Never had that happen before with meatloaf.

I made these last night for my husband, he loved them. I made the Italian style. I am one of those people that can't follow a recipe though so I added my own personal touches to the recipe. They were awesome!

I used the "Italian" seasonings/toppings. The meatloaves came out great! (and were so easy to make). I will definitely be adding this recipe to my collection.

My husband loved it and has asked to have it again. I coupled it with the Smashed Potatos using Sour Cream and Chives rather than garlic. It was delicious and all from scratch.
