Meatloaf wasn't a big meal hit until I made the mini loaves. I made the fiesta version and was impressed by the taste and prep and cook time was very quick and easy. They were a big hit with the men in the house too! From now on mini lmeat loaves are the way to go!

First time receiving the magazine, first recipe I tried. I absolutely loved this recipe for it's ease to prepare. I tried the Italian and my son & husband loved it. Gee, Mom the best you've ever made. Thanks Kraft!

YUM YUM YUM!! I am just learning to cook, so this was something simple to get me started. Too bad I had nobody to share it with:(

I would definitely make these again! It is such a great idea and I love the fact that they cook so quickly. We made the Italian ones and can not wait to try the others.

Instead of picking one of stuffing choices I piped mashed potatoes in my mini meatloaves.

Thank you for creating such a fun recipe. My husband saw the recipe and suggested I make it. What a great success - Rave reviews! Easy to make and easy to serve. A great recipe for entertaining. I made the Italian mini meatloaf and probably used more spaghetti sauce on top and they were marvelous!

Recipe was great. Super easy to do. I made the BBQ ones and my husband and son gobbled them up! A+ !!!!

I made the BBQ and they were great and I'm making the Italion "meat muffins" (as my husband calls them) tonight. I'm new at cooking and this recipe was very easy.

Overall, great recipe. However, I'd skip the feta/red pepper combo. The feta doesn't really "melt". Not that great. Next time, I'll try the Italian or Mexican.

I made this for my family and friends a couple nights ago. Wow! I was told to make it often. I added 1/4 c. of bacon bits to the bbq style and it added more great taste to an already wonderful recipe. Thanks and keep them coming!!
