My children loved this and had lots of fun and laughs making "meat cupcakes" as they call them.

My husband & I liked the barbecued version of this very much. My kid's didn't care for it, but they don't like meatloaf to begin with. My daughter tried it & has requested the Italian version to try next time. Word of *CAUTION*...the barbecue sauce was boiling hot when I took it out of the oven. I dropped one of the loaves & spilled sauce on my hand, burning myself. My daughter cut hers & it squirted the hot barbecue sauce, burning her hand. My husband, who admittedly was fighting a cold & paying no attention to us getting burnt, bit into the hot sauce & severely burnt his tongue. Now I know this sounds like we are a bunch of klutzy people who pay no attention to the temperature of food, but it truly was hotter than any of us expected after having been out of the oven for 10+ minutes. I will make this again, but we will all be much more careful of the bubbling sauce in the meatloaf "bowl".

I made this and it was fantastic and super easy. The son stopped by on his way to work, placed a couple in a hot dog bun and said it was the best thing he ever ate. He is stopping by this weekend for more.

Who knew you could make meatloaf with stuffing mix? I made a full loaf instead of the minis and also added an egg. It tasted as good or better than meatloaf from scratch, my husband loved it, and it was super-fast!

I made these with oregano and feta cheese. Yum! My 6 year-old really liked them (dipped in ketchup, of course!).

This recipe was a treat! I'ts just my husband and I so I made 24 meatloaf muffins and I put them in the freezer. When my family came for dinner I served the meatloaf. It was a big hit. I gave their wives the recipe and they were thrilled now it's a favorite in their house. Thanks

I made these mini meatloaves (Mexican) in large muffin tins (6 instead of 12) and it served six. I can't wait to try the other methods. It was so tasty and my family loved them.

I never made meatloafs so fast! I enjoyed the possibilities to make this recipe too.

We liked this recipe but did not go over well reheated. Will make it next time and eat right away. Should be better.
