This is such a quick way to make dinner after work. My family loved them.

Very convenient for serving portions.

3/4 cup = 12 Tablespoons or, 1 T mix-in per meatloaf cup. Plus 1 T cheese per meatloaf cup. These sound fantastic!!

LOve this recipe...make it all the time!! I add spaghetti sause and cheese and serve it with macaronni along with some of the remaining sauce. Delicious!!. It's 3/4 cup dispersed through all the mini loaves, a bit confusing, but great!

YOU'RE KIDDING!!!!!

kimgeo - it's 3/4 cup add-in and 3/4 cup cheese for the recipe. I found it confusing as well - the directions should have said top each "cupcake" with 1 Tbsp each of add-in and cheese. I made 6 Mexican and 6 Italian this time and the whole family was happy.

This is a great recipe, everyone loves my little mini-meatloaves. I've even tried it with ground turkey meat and it's just as good.

you divide the addins between the meatloaves. you dont put the full amount on one meatloaf.

Very easy to make, make sure you use very lean ground beef or the meatloaves lay in a puddle of grease. To the lady asking about using 3/4 cup of cheese and add ins, that is for all of them, not that much for each mini meatloaf.

Kimgeo- did you see the whole recipe? I only had the directions listed (no ingredients list) until I added it to my recipe box. You don't add 3/4c to EACH one, that is the amount of addins/cheese for the entire recipe. Hope that helps!
