We liked this recipe but did not go over well reheated. Will make it next time and eat right away. Should be better.

Made this last night. Everyone loved it. Even me, and I'm not a "meatloaf" fan. I made the Italian think I'll try the Mexican next time. Really easy to put together.

This is a great recipe to prep the night before to serve the next day. Easy cleanup, tasty and yes, great to grab for the next day for lunch!!! Will for sure make again. Super recipe!!!

The fiesta version was a hit in our home. Have your glass of water ready if you go heavy on the chili powder!! Will make again very soon.

Almost no prep work involved, fast cooking as well! Great weeknight meal, and I agree, the leftovers are terrific for work the next day! Enjoy!

I absolutely loved this and so did my boyfriend! I made the barbecue version and used seasoned bread crumbs instead of the stuffing! It was very moist and worth making again!

I made the Italian version of this last night with ground turkey. I thought it was pretty good, and my husband said he liked it also. The only thing I'd do different is maybe not put the whole package of Stove Top stuffing, as that was mostly what you could taste. Other than that, I'd make it again!

I made the fiesta version of this recipe and was not very impressed with it. My family did not like it at all and my husband actually told me it was the worst meal I ever made. The stuffing made it not very good at all. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.
