Meat loaf is usually so dry and boring, but not this one! I made the Italian variation and my husband and I gobbled it up! We actually ate it for lunch AND dinner on the same day!

I made this recipe using the bbq sauce and 4 cheese mexican shredded cheese. I made it for my 16 year old son and 2 of his teenaged friends. There was enough to go around plus they had seconds. They absolutely loved it! One of his friends said he doesn't like stuffing usually but couldn't tell there was stuffing in it until I told him. I made it with the sweet & white potatoe spears (another recipe on this site) which included zesty italian dressing, parmesan cheese and parsley, and a side dish of buttered peas. I WILL DEFINITELY BE MAKING THIS RECIPE AGAIN. My son's friend had me write the recipe down to take it home to his mom so she can make it.

I made my own seasons since I hate stuffing. It turned out awesome and my 4 years old ate it ALL with no problem :)

I made this recipe was very easy, I used garlic powder and salsa, with the herb stuffing was really good. Steamed carrots and baked potato, great with it. My family liked it would make this again.

I made italian and BarBQ. I did not use italian seasoning, rather i used the garlic in both varities, which worked great! I also increased water to 1 1/3 cups. Kids loved them and they were portioned perfectly. Making it again tonight!

Hi, I was so excited to make this recipe for the family, but they and I didn't like it. I made the Italian version with Stove Top cornbread stuffing. It tasted a little dry and the Italian flavoring was almost overwhelming. They were cute- I was so proud of myself... oh well, maybe I'll try another version. This recipe gets an A+ on easyness.

If was fun! My son loved the fact that they were baked in muffin pans! We enjoyed this recipe and would definitely cook it again!
