The brownies tasted wonderful. I used the chopped oreo cookies, added a few extra chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and they were moist. I loved the idea of putting them in foil layering the 9 x 13 pan since the crust ends were moister. The edges were not as dry as usual since the foil over the pan kept the edges from drying out. I cut some to serve that day. I cut the others and wrapped them in individual packages on wax paper and then plastic wrap. I keep these in a freezer bag in the freezer and they are so easy to grab when making lunches. They are frozen and help keep the lunch cool for a while. A win-win situation

Easy and delicious! Very rich, too - they'll be a perfect complement to vanilla ice cream or ice cold milk as an afterschool treat.

I made these brownies with just chocolate chip cookies and enjoyed them very much. They have more of a cake texture than a brownie texture, but they were still addictive.

These brownies were a HUGE hit! I made the vanilla/almond ones and they were super moist, super easy and super delicious! I can't wait to try the other varieties!
